Robert L. Short II started T.R.S Enterprises in 1992. The purpose of this business was to assist funeral homes in their efforts to comply with the occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) and other regulatory agencies that regulate the funeral industry.

As of 1994, we were assisting over 100 funeral homes with this service, and by 1996, we were assisting about 200 funeral homes in the state of Florida with all of their regulatory needs. Due to the number of corporate purchases, T.R.S. Enterprises is currently assisting over 300 funeral homes with this service.

T.R.S Enterprises has now decided to offer this service to ALL funeral homes. We have established a compliance manual that will be customized by us for your funeral home. This will come with a full checklist which will be used to determine the physical requirements needed. After completing the checklist, we will evaluate it and provide the necessary information on how to correct the problem areas.

In 1994 we became a provider of continuing education in the state of Florida. Since then we have obtained providership in all states currently requiring continuing education as part of the LFD or DD license renewal process.

Our courses are created with the funeral professional in mind. We have course that pertain to everyday activity as a funeral director. We feel the funeral director can get the most out of this requirement (continuing ed), by taking courses that really do help.

In 2000 we introduced website design services. Over the past couple years we have developed many websites. Our objective is to design a site within the funeral homes budget. By doing this, we give everyone the opportunity to have a existence on the Internet and offer the families an alternative source of information.

Along with the website design, we also offer the domain name registration at prices we feel are among the most affordable on the Internet. The funeral home can choose from 1 to 10 years of registration. Small discounts apply to 10 year registrations.

We also provide hosting services to the funeral industry. The annual fee for this service also is one of the best deals on the Internet. We require annual billing in order to provide a great rate. The first year is slightly higher do to a $29.95 set up fee.
