The following courses were all created in order to assist funeral homes to increase organization, phone skills and letter preparation. Very useful!

ADA	Discusses what is required by public businesses. Assists in determining what your company needs to be in compliance, 1 credit ($9.00).

Bio Medical Waste	This involves the necessary training that is required by the state (Florida) health department. The FAC 64E-16 regulates all bio medical waste. Storage, labeling, methods of sanitation, transportation and definitions are discussed, 2 credits ($18.00).
HIV/AIDS-Communicable Disease	Includes information on HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis and the Bloodborne Pathogen Standard CFR.1910-1030. All information in specifically for the funeral industry, 1 credit ($40.00).
FTC	Focuses on pricing merchandise and general price list, 2 credits ($18.00).
OSHA	This meets the required annual training and discusses all of the most current information. Also informs the funeral home of what is required for compliance, 3 credits ($27.00)
Record Keeping	Discusses the required records that must be kept and how to maintain them, 1 credit ($9.00).

Resistant Bacteria	Outlines some bacteria that exist and are resistant to medication. Stresses importance of sanitation in the preproom, thus reducing your risk of exposure, 3 credits ($27.00).
Writing Letters and Memos	In a normal working day, funeral home directors and employees may write several letters and memos. These communication tools offer a vital method of relaying information, but can cause problems if they are not clearly written and presented in an understandable manner. This course will provide training in writing letters and memos to help funeral directors and their employees improve this important aspect of their business. , 3 credit ($27.00).

Producing a Newsletter	Newsletters have become a significant communication device, useful in informing employees and customers as well as the media. Publishing a quality newsletter requires training in newswriting, layout, photography and printing. This course will introduce you to the various aspects of a newsletter and provide detailed instructions to create one that fits your needs. , 3 credits ($27.00).
Media Relations	Media remain the principal sources of news and information. To increase your chances of success in business, you will need to understand how media function, what kinds of information reporters can use and the form which reporters need to receive that information. This course is designed to introduce you to media and explain how you can obtain optimum coverage. , 3 credits ($27.00).
Improving Communnication Skills	Communication is a significant part of any job at a funeral home, from talking with grieving families to dealing with regulators, employees-and suppliers. Good communications can help create a positive working relationships, generate new business and build on existing business. This course will provide training in communication skills to help funeral directors and their employees improve this important aspect of their business. , 3 credit ($27.00).
Media Relations	Many people are asked to make presentations, ranging from small ones in front of a single person to large ones before entire rooms. Yet, they lack a basic understanding of how to prepare such a presentation to achieve maximum results. This course is designed to help you organize and present a successful presentation., 3 credits ($27.00).
